ITEC and CIBTAC Diplomas in Beauty and Holistic Therapies. 

Aim:

The wide range of modules delivered in this course are designed to provide a comprehensive education and training for students wishing to pursue careers in Beauty and Holistic therapies. The world’s foremost international beauty qualifications are offered thus making graduates highly employable both in Ireland and abroad. Students are qualified Beauty Therapists and employable after one year.

Progression & Career Options: 

Graduates may find employment in a range of settings. They can work as beauty and holistic therapists in beauty salons, leisure centres and cruise liners etc. They can also work as make-up and skin care consultants in Pharmacies and Department Stores. There are also careers available as mobile Therapists, Salon owners and Beauty Journalists. Further studies allow students to progress to Advanced Beauty Therapy Studies. Graduates have the option to progress to Advanced Beauty Therapy Level 6. (Subject to meeting certain criteria.)

Aim:

This course is aimed at providing students with the necessary practical and theoretical skills to pursue a career as a complementary therapist.

With this internationally recognised ITEC qualification, successful students are highly qualified to gain employment in the complementary therapies industry in a variety of settings in Ireland or internationally.

Progression & Career Options: 

Graduates may find employment in a wide range of settings including Beauty Salons, Leisure Centres, Cruise ships, Spas, Complementary Healthcare Clinics and as Mobile Therapists.

Graduates may also progress to a number of specialist related courses in the holistic health and wellbeing field.

Aim:

Advanced Beauty Therapy Level 6 offers students relevant qualifications in a progressive industry. Graduates will achieve internationally recognised qualifications in various disciplines accredited by ITEC/CIDESCO. Students who are interested in post graduate qualifications and CPD may also apply. 

Entry Requirements:

Students seeking entry to this course should have completed a QQI Level 5 award in Beauty Therapy or equivalent. Mature students with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Graduates may find employment in a range of settings. They can work in specialised Clinics / Salons offering Advanced Beauty Therapy Treatments.
